Built in 2006, The Commons at West Bountiful is a regional retail center located immediately to the East of I-15 between 400 North and Center Street in West Bountiful. The Commons provides shopping alternatives to South Davis County residents and eliminates the need to drive to Layton or Salt Lake City for basic shopping. The Commons has Costco, Lowe’s, PetCo, Deseret Books and Office Depot as its anchors. A nice variety of other, smaller retail stores are available along with many nice eating establishments including Applebee’s, Texas Roadhouse, Mikado, Rumbi Grill, Pei Wei and Paradise Bakery.
Gateway Crossing area is just South of The Commons, and adds more shopping opportunities. In 2016, the home decor retailer At Home opened and compliments the other stores like TJMaxx, Ross, Tuesday Morning and more.
